Standard shipping takes 2–4 business days after fulfillment

Fulfillment can take anywhere between 3-5 days. The Fruva team is working on making fulfillment a max of 3 days.

We don’t accept general returns, but we do offer refunds or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 30 days of delivery.

We cover damaged items, lost packages, and fulfillment errors. Buyer’s remorse, incorrect addresses, and refused deliveries are not covered. Approved replacements ship within 3–5 business days.
